We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to guests while protecting the booking calendar.
- Cancellations 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in forfeit the deposit.
- Final payment is non-refundable once paid.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
