Terms & Conditions

By booking Kismet Cottage, you agree to the terms below. These terms are intended to protect our guests and the property.

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, including children.
• No pets are permitted (service animals excepted).
• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs if necessary.
